Catherine Forde

Catherine Forde is a National of Trinidad & Tobago.

Mrs. Forde continues to manage careers in both Education and Sport.


Catherine Forde served in professional roles as a Teacher, Trainer, Lecturer from Secondary School to Community and University.


At the Present time, she is a Vice President on the Board of TAFISA (The International Association for Sport for All) with responsibility for the Americas. Catherine Forde has been a member of the Trinidad & Tobago Olympic Committee for over twenty two years. Mrs. Forde now also serves as a member of the Education of CANOC (The Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees).


Mrs. Forde undertook the initiative in the recent past in a collaboration with Professors from the University of Western Cape, in South Africa, to promote training in using Sport for Peace in their Communities.


Mrs. Forde serves as a member of the First Citizens Sports Foundation.
